New ACEO - sashimi

Here's a pretty Japanese mermaid. Out of respect to spounge bob, I'll refrain from calling this "jelly fishing". This is what happens when you read cookbooks too close to bedtime - there's this jellyfish salad I've been wanting to try, but I don't know where I can get dried jellyfish here.
